128-page coloring book, published in 2023 by Microcosm Publishing

The Queer Affirmations Coloring Book is Joe’s first traditionally published book. A collection of colorable pages that depict tired old sayings—joyfully replaced with the words Joe wishes people would say instead.

The affirmations were made in close collaboration with comics artist Ally Shwed, who brought Joe’s ideas to life. Each page depicts adorable scenes of people living their best lives after shaking off the shackles of a heteronormative society. ‘Bout time!

The book is 130 pages long, and each colorable page is blank on the back so you can tear it out and hang it on your fridge, tack it up at work, or send it to a friend.
