Do you hear that? Do you hear a voice calling to you, but you can’t quite make out the words? Perhaps you just haven’t learned how to listen for the … VOICE FROM BEYOND!

That’s right, for this week and this week only we have a slew of new VfB records. VfB is Spencer’s weirdo project of demo discs that can never be duplicated. Just like we did last time, we’re offering two records: a brand new 7” with the songs “I Don’t Know if It’s Lonely” and “Piper Cub,” and a handful of 6” records, each with one song per side, put together randomly. None of these song combinations will be repeated, making each 6” unique.

Both records are created in-house on our vintage record lathes. The 7” discs will be made on one of our three lathes—a Presto 6D and two Rek-O-Kut Challengers—and the 6” discs will all be made on the big boy, Presto.

The number of 7” records we cut will be limited to how many copies sell this week. The 6” discs are in a limited run of 48 (which is the number of discs we can create without duplicating any combinations of the songs). These are the demos that will be put on the 6” records:
